Description
Jhangora or Barnyard Millet is grown in the Himalayan state of Uttarakhand and is one of the oldest food to be discovered by people. Jhangora is a nutritional powerhouse with high protein, calcium, iron, minerals, and vitamin B complex. It is also less in carbohydrates and gluten-free, making it an excellent grain for gluten allergies, type II diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.
